In compliance with the requirements of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and in particular Article 10 thereof, this legal notice (the "Legal Notice") is made available to users.

Access to, browsing of and use of the website https://www.abonoteatro.com (the "Website") implies the user's full, express and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, which shall have the same validity and effectiveness as any written and signed agreement.

Compliance with and observance of this Legal Notice shall be required of any person accessing, browsing or using the Website (the "User" or "Users"). If you do not agree with the terms set out herein, you must not access, browse or use the Website.

2. PURPOSE

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, through which Users are informed of their rights and obligations regarding the content displayed, the logos and trademarks used, and any liabilities arising from their use.

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the telecommunications network connection supplied by the access provider contracted by the Users.

Abono Teatro reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice. Users are therefore advised to review it regularly. Accessing and/or using the Website after any amendments come into force shall constitute acceptance thereof.

The principal service provided by Abono Teatro through the Website consists of marketing an annual subscription that grants the purchasing user access to selected leisure offers relating to theatre, cinema, museums, sports, music and similar activities.

3. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abono Teatro is the owner or lawful licensee of all intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, image rights and any other similar rights relating to the Website and all content made available through it, including but not limited to photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, interfaces and any other information or content contained therein.

Users are granted only a non-exclusive right of use within a strictly personal scope and solely for the purpose of browsing the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice.

4. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Accessing or using the Website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes, whether for economic gain or otherwise, is prohibited. In particular, and without limitation, the following actions are forbidden:

5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Abono Teatro does not guarantee the reliability, usefulness, accuracy or completeness of all information contained on the Website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of content made available through it.

Accordingly, Abono Teatro does not guarantee and shall not be liable for:

The continuity of the Website content;
The absence of errors in such content;
The absence of viruses, trojans, worms or other harmful elements;
The invulnerability of the Website or impossibility of breaching its security measures;
The usefulness or performance of Website content;
Failures caused by attacks on its servers or those of service providers;
Technical failures hindering the proper functioning of the Website;
Any damages caused by users who breach this Legal Notice or security systems.

Abono Teatro has adopted all reasonable measures, according to the state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and minimise system errors.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Abono Teatro shall not be liable for delays or failures in access to or operation of the Website where such events arise from force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Force majeure events include, among others:

Strikes, lockouts or industrial action;
Civil unrest, invasion, terrorist threats or attacks, war or threat of war;
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or natural disaster;
Inability to use transport systems;
Failure of public or private telecommunications systems;
Acts, decrees, legislation or restrictions imposed by governmental authorities.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, all personal data provided through the Website shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which Users must read and, where applicable, accept.

9. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

All provisions of this Legal Notice shall be interpreted independently. If any provision is declared null or unenforceable by a final judicial or arbitral decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of this Legal Notice shall be submitted to the courts determined by applicable law and, where legally permissible, to the Courts of Madrid, Spain.
